CIDCO Opens Financial Bids for Two Water Tunnel Projects

City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has opened financial bids for the construction of water tunnel projects in Maharashtra's Raigad district.

WD News: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has opened financial bids for the construction of water tunnel projects in Maharashtra’s Raigad district.

Under Package-I, the scope of work includes the design and construction of an 8.65 km long treated water tunnel and allied works from the Jite water treatment plant to Sai village (3.35 km) and from Vindhane village to MBR Vahal (5.30 km). Afcons Infrastructure emerged as the lowest bidder for this project, with a bid worth Rs 786.51 crore.

Similarly, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures was the lowest bidder for the design and construction of a 13.25-km-long raw water tunnel and associated works from Hetawane Dam to a water treatment plant in Jite, Taluka Pen.
