The European Service Centre is a dedicated hub for repairs, services, and testing of all leakage equipment in mainland Europe.
WD News: Technology company Ovarro has opened a new leakage service centre for European customers, based at the company’s manufacturing facility in Steenwijk, Netherlands.
A new team of repair and service engineers is based at the facility, which also comprises a warehouse, offices, and reception area.
The Steenwijk facility becomes Ovarro’s second European repair centre, alongside its site in Denmead, UK. Adding repair capacity and employing new staff will mean a faster, more efficient service for customers in the Netherlands, France, and Belgium, and the rest of the European mainland.
Katie Good, vice president of operations at Ovarro, said: “Leakage reduction remains a priority for European water utilities, with companies working to achieve their regulatory targets, alongside new leakage requirements in the revised European Drinking Water Directive.
The customers can now expect a faster turnaround of repairs and services of all leakage equipment, enabling them to continue to manage their networks efficiently, and minimise water loss in line with requirements.”
