WD News: Logan Water, a commercial business unit of the City of Logan has deployed TaKaDu’s Central Event Management (CEM) solution across its entire network to reduce the City’s water network losses.

Logan Water has an ongoing commitment to reduce water loss that began with a small water pressure and leakage management program in 2001, following a comprehensive program in 2006 in response to the Millennium Drought.

There have been several evolving drivers for the program over the years, from asset management considerations, legislative requirements, economic, customer service, and efficiency goals as well as management of the ever-increasing amount of big data. TaKaDu Central Event Management (CEM) is expected to be instrumental in achieving these goals.

“Logan Water’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence is evident in their history and culture,” says Amir Peleg, Founder and CEO of TaKaDu. “I am confident that our CEM will have a significant impact on Logan Water’s goals, as it has been impacting leading utilities across the globe for over a decade”, he added.
