EKKI HOMA, the international joint venture between EKKI Pumps, India, and HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH, Germany, today announced the association of Mr. N. K. Ranganath as Chief Advisor to the joint venture.
This association comes as HOMA ranked among the world’s top five sewage pump manufacturers continues to deepen its engagement in India through its strategic partnership with EKKI Group.
Mr. Ranganath brings over four decades of leadership experience across the water technology and industrial sectors. He is best known for his tenure as Managing Director of Grundfos Pumps India, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s India operations, with a strong focus on sustainability, governance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
He has been closely associated with India’s water and sustainability ecosystem, having served as Co-Chairman of the CII National Water Committee, Past Chairman of the CII Tamil Nadu State Council, and Past President of the Madras Management Association. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies.
In his advisory role, Mr. Ranganath will work closely with the Board and leadership team of EKKI HOMA, providing strategic guidance on growth priorities, distributor development, governance, and organisational capability building as the joint venture expands its footprint in India.
