Damosa Land Signs 25-Year Partnership Agreement with Manila Water Philippine Ventures to Develop and Manage Additional Water Facilities

Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) has signed a 25-year partnership with Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc. (MWPV) to develop and manage additional water facilities for Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE).

WD News: Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) has signed a 25-year partnership with Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc. (MWPV) to develop and manage additional water facilities for Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE).

MWPV will be investing at least PHP 150 million for the development, financing, construction, operation, and management of the water system of AIE.

The partnership with MWPV brings in additional water facilities to be integrated into the existing system to meet the projected demand of 2.6 million litres of water per day.

“Our partnership with the MWPV helps us further accelerate our sustainable operations at the Anflo Industrial Estate and upraise the industrial segment of Davao for our current and future locators,” shared Ricardo Cary Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land.

“As we look for opportunities to expand our services beyond the East Zone of Metro Manila and Rizal Province, we look towards the growth in the Visayas and Mindanao regions,” said Roberto Jose R. Locsin, Chief Operating Officer for International Businesses and Chief Administrative Officer at Manila Water.
