India's tap water not fit for tourists

  • 08 March, 2019 Online ticketing portal Globehunters recently released information about countries where tourists should and should not drink tap water around the world. The data was compiled by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), United States of America's premier national health protection agency.

In their report, Globehunters have clearly mentioned that 187 countries where they advise tourists not to drink tap water is not necessarily because the tap water there is unsafe. It is mostly because the body of an outsider would not be used to the constitution of tap water in those countries, write Globehunters.
